If coming for the first time, please read the guidelines on this page. 

Practitioner Guidelines

☸️ On arrival - please be very quiet in the corridor as other groups will be practising in silence nearby.

☸️ We start promptly at 7 PM, so please be on your mat and ready by then.

☸️ Turn your phone fully off, not on vibrate.

☸️ If you arrive after 7 PM, please enjoy your breathing outside the Fry Room and someone will let you in when we start the walking meditation.

☸️ Maintain the zen energy and silence during the midway break.

☸️ Stay until the end of the session at 9 PM if you can.
